Privacy Notice

Last updated: November 1, 2026

What we collect

If you voluntarily join our update list, wishlist notification list, or playtester pool, we may collect information you submit such as your name, email address, country or region, platforms, optional Discord username, game preferences, and other information you choose to provide.

How we use it

We use submitted information to communicate about 3 Futures Studio, Circuit Empire, future games, playtesting opportunities, product announcements, and related development updates. Playtester information may also be used to help us select appropriate testers for a particular build or platform.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may use service providers that help operate our website, process form submissions, or send communications. Those providers may process information on our behalf.

Playtest registrations, Steam wishlist notification signups, and studio update signups are processed by Web3Forms and emailed to our studio. Web3Forms receives the fields you submit and processes technical information needed to operate and protect its service. See the Web3Forms Privacy Policy. Registration details are not sent to Google Analytics.

Your choices

You may ask to stop receiving communications or request deletion of information you submitted by emailing hello@3futuresstudio.com.

Age and playtesting

The public playtester signup on this website is intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not intentionally request sensitive personal information through these signup forms.

Optional website analytics

When configured and only after you accept optional analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits, referring websites, social campaign sources, playtest link clicks and confirmed playtest registrations. Google may process online identifiers, browser and device information, approximate location and usage information, including on servers outside your country. We do not send registration fields, names, email addresses or other form contents to Google Analytics.

Analytics is off until you choose to accept it. You can reject it or withdraw consent using Analytics preferences in the footer. Your choice is stored in your browser for up to six months. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals disable analytics. Registration works regardless of your analytics choice. Advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled.

Analytics reports are restricted to authorized studio personnel in Google Analytics; no public reporting dashboard is provided. Google Analytics cookies may persist for up to two years unless deleted sooner. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s analytics opt-out option. You may also clear cookies and local storage in your browser.
